Ann Addis Pantoga is a commercial litigator handling complex matters involving the financial services, real estate, title insurance, and construction industries.

As a litigator in the financial services industry, Ann resolves workouts, foreclosures, loan enforcement, declaratory actions, secured rights, and other sophisticated disputes. She also has experience litigating business disputes and orders of protection.

Before joining the firm over a dozen years ago, Ann was vice president and associate counsel at Fidelity, a title insurance company. This experience established deep knowledge surrounding title insurance as well as the real estate and construction industries. This positions her nicely when advising clients in disputes involving title insurance, contract and construction disputes, mechanics liens, and fraudulent conveyances.
