Aya Elalami handles business litigation matters in state and federal courts, where her attention to detail, research, and analytical skills enable her to craft strategic solutions. Aya works to identify efficient and cost-effective approaches to case resolution.

Recently, Aya achieved a favorable verdict for investment banking clients in a promissory notes action and successfully defended against claims of breach of contract and fraud in the inducement brought by a former employee.

During law school, Aya was actively involved in the Youth Justice Clinic, advocating for special education youth in due process and disciplinary hearings. She also gained valuable experience working with a plaintiffs’ personal injury firm, representing California wildfire victims. After graduation, Aya joined a boutique litigation firm where she managed cases from pre-suit counseling and settlement negotiations to trial representation.
