Benjamin Middleton assists clients in a variety of litigation and regulatory matters in state and federal courts as well as in front of federal agencies.

B.I. has worked on complex litigation matters including several major class actions for clients in the agribusiness, technology, transportation and financial services industries. He drafts dispositive motions, provides research assistance, discovery support and interacts directly with clients to insure their needs are met. B.I. also provides pro bono assistance to litigants in landlord tenant cases and civil appointed cases.

As a law student at Stanford University Law School, B.I. served for two years as a teaching assistant in legal research and writing and federal litigation. B.I. earned several distinctions for legal writing and academic performance, including the Gerald Gunther Prize for excellence in legal writing.

Prior to law school, B.I. interned for a Missouri State Senator and served as a Complaint Counselor for the ACLU of Missouri.
