Caleb Crahan helps businesses resolve disputes through all stages of litigation at the state and federal levels.
Before joining Thompson Coburn, he clerked for Judge Brian D. Lynch at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington. As a law clerk, Caleb honed his legal research and writing skills and gained valuable, first-hand knowledge of the judicial decision-making process.
During law school, Caleb was a teaching assistant in corporate and partnership taxation and worked as an extern for the Oregon Supreme Court and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Oregon.
Caleb brings a strong financial background to his legal practice. Before law school, he spent several years at a Big 4 accounting firm as a business valuation and transfer pricing associate.
I am slowly working toward earning a pilot’s license. I like to maintain an active lifestyle, and I am a passionate Kansas City Chiefs and Oregon Ducks fan.
