Conor provides counsel to management in various types of labor and employment disputes. He has litigated on behalf of employers in both state and federal court, and in jurisdictions across the country.

He has also represented employers before state and federal agencies, including the Missouri Human Rights Commission, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the National Labor Relations Board, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

Over the course of his career, Conor has honed his skills in numerous practices areas, including harassment; retaliation; discrimination on the basis of age, sex, race, orientation, national origin, and disability; FLSA and state-law wage and hour claims; enforcement of non-competition agreements; responses to EEOC charges; and responses to charges of unfair labor practices under the National Labor Relations Act.

His extensive experience and insight in labor and employment litigation can provide value to clients involved in any stage of the litigation process, including case management, complex discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trials. Conor understands the value of alternative dispute resolution and has represented clients in several mediations and arbitration proceedings. Conor knows that very often, the best client results come from preventing litigation altogether. With this in mind, Conor often counsels employers in such crucial areas as employee-handbook development and workplace policies and procedures, and he has overseen internal workplace investigations. When a resolution is reached, Conor understands the absolute necessity of crafting iron-clad settlement agreements that seek to protect the client’s interests moving forward.

Conor also has experience counseling clients through all phases of non-compete and trade secret litigation. He has substantial experience in business and commercial litigation matters and has achieved successful outcomes for clients seeking to enforce contracts, protect confidential business information and trade secrets, and minimize company liability.
