Courtney Koenig serves clients throughout the litigation process from pre-litigation disputes to appellate work and everything in between.

She diligently conducts legal research, drafts and reviews pleadings and motions, and assists with other documentation and client communications. Courtney has participated in a variety of negotiations including settlement discussions and billing disputes, resulting in favorable outcomes for clients. Courtney also supports municipalities and corporate entities during contract and statutory disputes.

During law school, Courtney was the executive administrative editor for The Elder Law Journal. She also participated in the Medical Legal Partnership Clinic, assisting low-income clients in appealing their Social Security disability insurance application denials.
