Liz is an experienced labor and employment attorney who provides comprehensive counsel in all aspects of employment law. As a trusted advisor to human resources professionals and in-house counsel navigating complex local, state, and federal laws, Liz focuses on providing practical and effective advice that minimizes risk and promotes clients’ best interests.

She negotiates and drafts employment-related agreements and counsels on areas including anti-discrimination practices, reasonable accommodation obligations, wage and hour issues, reductions in force, restrictive covenants, hiring practices, termination decisions, and personnel policies. In addition to her advisory experience, Liz has a proven track record of successfully defending clients in diverse legal settings, including litigation, arbitration, and government agency proceedings.

Liz also brings meaningful transactional experience to the table, lending personalized employment law advice on issues that arise in the structuring, negotiation, drafting, and implementation of corporate sales, mergers, acquisitions and other transactions.
