Jason Schabinger represents clients in a variety of business litigation matters, including those involving financial institutions, corporations and individuals that have complex substantive and procedural issues. His experience includes breach of contract proceedings, shareholder disputes, and fraud and business torts, as well as commercial loan enforcement.

Jason assists clients in the initial stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolution through discovery, trial, post-judgment proceedings and appeals. He has achieved favorable results in state and federal courts in Illinois.

In the expeditious resolution of disputes, Jason performs initial case analysis, manages various aspects of the discovery process, conducts legal research, and drafts pleadings, briefs, memoranda and other documents.

Before joining the firm, Jason clerked for Chief U.S. Magistrate Judge Tu M. Pham and U.S. District Judge Thomas L. Parker in the Western District of Tennessee. He leverages that civil litigation experience to implement effective strategies and obtain favorable outcomes.

I enjoy reading books across many genres ranging from non-fiction to fantasy and sci-fi. One of my favorite book series is The Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan.
