Jayci Costello handles civil litigation defense in cases involving products liability, toxic torts, personal injury, and railroad litigation. She navigates all facets of litigation, from drafting pleadings and discovery documents to managing depositions and pre-trial motions.

Jayci also defends railroads in work-related personal injury cases under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA), providing well-rounded legal research and defense.

Before joining Thompson Coburn, Jayci completed judicial externships for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois and the Illinois 5th District Appellate Court.
