Jennifer Bayer serves a wide spectrum of businesses and individuals, helping them with stateside as well as consular processing for nonimmigrant work visa classifications including but not limited to H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, E-3, TN, O-1 and P-1 visa petitions and J-1 waivers. She also assists with immigrant visa (green card) processing including PERM, EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 applications for permanent residency.
Having worked with the firm’s labor and employment practice for more than a decade, Jennifer is familiar with every step of this highly regulated process, from initial filing to acquiring residency extensions.
Jennifer also assists with filing applications to obtain nonimmigrant status and work authorization for employees’ dependent family members.

I enjoy spending quality time with my children, coaching their teams and watching the kids find love for the “game.” I have coached volleyball, basketball and softball.
My family loves vacations, whether a road trip in the U.S. or traveling internationally, to experience different cultures and explore the world. We also have two dogs, Lucky and Nala, and enjoy family walks.
I’m a member of Reese’s Book Club, with some favorites being “We Were Never Here,” “The Last Thing He Told Me,” “Where the Crawdads Sing,” “The Light We Lost,” and “One Day in December.”
