Julianne Dailey handles a broad spectrum of litigation matters, including business divorce, shareholder oppression, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of restrictive covenant, theft of trade secrets, business tort, real and personal property disputes, and breach of contract. She represents businesses across a variety of industries, including food and hospitality, tech, and manufacturing. In addition to handling traditional litigation, she has experience with alternative dispute resolution, negotiating complex settlements, and managing the appellate process.

Julianne believes that her role as an attorney is not just to study and apply the law but also to be mindful of the overall direction of each client’s business. Accordingly, Julianne works closely with her clients to maintain open communication and tailor her strategies to their personal and professional goals.

I am born and raised Michigander who spends my free time cheering for the Michigan Wolverines and Detroit sports teams. Since moving to Chicago, I have fallen in love with the city and enjoy trying new restaurants, walking the lakefront, and even rooting for the Cubs.
