Kevin Foley is dedicated to guiding clients through a broad spectrum of business litigation challenges. He has experience in all stages of litigation including preparing for trial, drafting motions for summary judgment, drafting motions in limine, responding to subpoenas and discovery requests, and drafting discovery requests.

Kevin brings keen analytical skills and legal acumen to his practice, drawing on his former background as a lab technician at the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center to inform his methodical approach to problem-solving.
